Rates are set by an hourly fee to fix and repair your computer. The rates applies for individual and companies.
We have two different rates:
- Remote: we fix your computer remotely by taking control of your operating system
- On-site: a technician arrives to your place and fixes everything on premises (virginia beach & SURROUNDING cities only)
We always will try to fix problems remotely first as it’s cheaper for you but sometimes we have to come and have a direct look at the issue if we can not get an access to your computer.
Keep in mind that we are more affordable than most of professional computer repair companies in Virginia Beach and surrounding areas!
If you think you need more than 4 hours fix or if you need maintenance on a regular basis, we strongly suggest you pick one of the maintenance plans.
